By combining the required USB and DVI leads in a single assembly, the kit minimizes installation effort, maintains signal quality, and supports operator interface functions essential for industrial machines and process stations.
The data segment of the harness measures 1.00 m from connector to connector and terminates in a USB A plug on the controller side and a USB B receptacle at the panel. Operation follows the USB 3.0 standard, enabling SuperSpeed transfer while remaining backward compatible with slower devices. The conductor design is 2 x 2 x AWG28 + 1 x 2 AWG28 + 1 x 2 x AWG24, which separates differential pairs and power leads to reduce crosstalk.
