Product Description:
The C9900-K619 is a combined power-and-signal cable manufactured by Beckhoff for the C9 PC Accessories series. It serves as the primary interface between a Beckhoff control cabinet and peripheral equipment, carrying both supply voltage and low-level I/O lines so that panel PCs, field terminals, and servo devices can be energized and monitored through a single harness in automated cells. By combining power and signal paths in one jacket, it reduces the number of separate cables that must be routed between the cabinet and connected equipment.
The assembly is supplied in a length of 10 m; this fixed dimension allows routing through raceways without field cutting or splicing. Its molded M23 interface on the controller side uses a screw-locking, IP65-rated shell to keep dust and coolant spray away from the contacts. Inside the circular plug, a 19-pin pattern allocates individual positions for logic, protective earth, and auxiliary conductors, while the housing style supports vibration-resistant mating. The connector is identified as an M23 socket, and the signal pairs inside have a cross-section of 0.34 mm², providing enough copper for low-current sensing lines without adding unnecessary cable bulk. Pin assignments reserve position 6 for ground, 12 for functional earth, and 19 as the dedicated incoming supply pin, while the screw-locking design helps maintain stable contact pressure during machine operation.
The outer jacket is classified as drag-chain suitable, so the bundle tolerates millions of bending cycles when routed through energy tracks. At the opposite end, the conductors are left open, making termination straightforward in spring or screw clamps inside a terminal strip. Power delivery uses three 1.0 mm² copper conductors, and the count of 3 supports +24 V, 0 V, and protective earth without additional looms. Sixteen unshielded signal wires run alongside these cores, and the harness distributes a field supply of +24 V to downstream sensors and actuators.
