Product Description:

The BK7350 bus coupler offers a robust solution for industrial communication needs. This device supports up to 64 bus terminals, expandable to 255 with a K-bus extension, providing flexibility for growing system requirements. The bus interface utilizes a D-sub 9-pin RS485 connection to ensure reliable data transmission through the network, an integral component for various industrial automated systems. Operating with a 24 V DC power supply, along with a maximum input current of 320 mA, it seamlessly integrates into most industrial control panels. The design considers in-rush current, planning for 2.5 times the continuous current during startup is recommended. For optimal protection, a ≤ 10 A fuse should to be put within the installation.

The BK7350 facilitates versatile communication with a data transfer rate of 150 baud to 38,400 baud, and the selection can be set up through either a rotary switch or KS2000 software. It supports both RTU/ASCII protocols, defaulting to RTU, providing multiple options to match existing systems. The fieldbus manages 512 bytes input and 512 bytes output, capable of handling significant data loads. The bus coupler processes 1,020 digital peripheral signals and 256 analog peripheral signals for wide-ranging sensor installations, enhancing the scope through which it can be applied within any data process. The recommended data transfer medium is a screened, twisted copper cable 2 x 0.25 mm² (RS485).

The BK7350 operates on a power supply of 24 V DC within a tolerance of -15%/+20%, making sure it can handle slight fluctuations of power. Using a robust design, the device proves reliable under varying conditions. Its easy-to-implement interface facilitates seamless integrations into existing systems through the user friendly implementation guide. Designed for industrial environments, the bus coupler ensures reliable network performance for demanding applications and provides high quality performance in any demanding situation.
