Product Description:

The BK7150 is a CC-Link Bus Coupler developed by Beckhoff, simplifying the integration of the CC-Link fieldbus system with modular electronic terminal blocks. Beckhoff's CC-Link Bus Coupler comes in a tiny terminal enclosure with LED signaling for convenient status monitoring.

The BK7150 CC-Link Bus Coupler supports 64 bus terminals natively and 255 with K-bus extension technology, making it scalable for automation systems. The coupler supports 112 digital and 16 analog peripheral signals for versatile input and output. Users can modify data transfer rates from 156 kbaud to 10 Mbaud to suit their workflows. Data is transferred via a protected 3-core twisted pair cable, and the bus interface is a 5-pin open-type connector. The input current is 70 mA plus 25% of the K-bus current and cannot exceed 500 mA. The starting current is 2.5 times the continuous current. Maximum K-bus current is 1000 mA, and fuse ratings up to 10 A are recommended. A 500 V coupler isolates the power contact, supply voltage, and fieldbus for operating safety. For side-by-side mounting, use an EN 60715-compliant 35 mm DIN rail. The rail features a twin slot and key connection and locks. Polycarbonate casing is 44 mm x 100 mm x 68 mm.

The BK7150 CC-Link bus coupler can be stored between -25°C to +85°C and operated at 0–55°C. The gadget meets EN 60068-2-27 and EN 60068-2-6 shock and vibration resistance criteria and can sustain 95% relative humidity without condensation. A flexible installation location and IP20 protection are available. Many organizations have confirmed the product's safety and reliability. CE, CCC, UL, ATEX, and IECEx certifications indicate suitability for regulated locations. The bus coupler weighs 100 g, and power connectors can handle 10 A. KS2000 software allows CC-Link Bus Coupler configuration, making even complex automation operations possible.
