AMI8123-4100-3J10 is an integrated servo drive from Beckhoff Automation. It combines a servo drive, fieldbus connection, output stage, and a servo motor in a compact housing. This system is suitable for applications with power requirements of up to 400 Watts. Standstill torque of the three phase servo motor is 1.1 Nm. The nominal voltage range for the system is 24 to 48 Volts DC. Rated torque output of the motor is 0.99 Nm and the peak torque is 2.38 Nm. Speed rating of the servo motor is 3000 RPM and the power output rating is 311 Watts. The motor is equipped with a multi-turn encoder. This encoder provides absolute positioning feedback within 65,536 revolutions. Resolution of the motor encoder is 17 bits. The system supports with safe torque off (STO) and TwinSAFE logic is integrated.
The motor shaft on the AMI8123-4100-3J10 system is equipped with a sealing ring. As a result, the motor is IP65 rated. The shaft includes a groove and feather key and complies with DIN 6885.
