The motor sustains a continuous thrust of 75 N when supplied with its rated phase current of 2.28 A. This steady operating point can be maintained indefinitely without exceeding the 0.96 °C/W thermal path. For short positioning moves, it tolerates a peak load of 225 N, drawing up to 6.5 A before magnetic saturation or winding heating limits the duty time. Travel speeds can reach 7 m/s, allowing rapid repositioning on long strokes.
