The X67DV1311.L12 analog module supplies accurate digital signal processing for valve control systems. It is a product of B&R Automation and its superior engineering ensures the swift performance of parts within industrial automation environments.
This X67DV1311.L12 analog module supports 16 digital outputs for managing terminal valves via multi-pin technology and includes 16 discrete inputs for direct feedback by offering efficient monitoring and control. Each output and input channel maintains electrical isolation from the communication bus with an insulation voltage of 500 V which enhances operational safety and reduces interference. Operating at a nominal voltage of 24 VDC, the series X67 module unit also supports a broad voltage range from 18 to 30 VDC by adding flexibility for control domains. The front-facing status indicators are present for each digital input, supply voltage and bus operation which aids in depicting quick visual diagnostics during installation. The other diagnostic features are LED and supported software in terms of output status and I/O power supply status which will allow one to get a clear picture of how the system is functioning.
The X67DV1311.L12 analog module in terms of connectivity fits finely into systems via X2X Link with an M-12 interface with B-code codification. Outputs are provided reachable at a contact point connector 19-pin M16 into 2 where the digital inputs are provided at eight M12 as A-coded connectors. The power to the I/O section is fed with a separate M8 and 4-pin connector. The energy I/O consumed internally is 1.3 and 0.75 W which enters the X2X Link supply. The module eases the integration process in valve-control systems where feedback and output regulation are practically required or necessary.
