Product Description:
The X67CA0E41.0300 cable assembly is supplied by B&R Automation within the X67 Analog Input Output Modules series. It serves as a combined data and power line that links remote X67 field modules to a control cabinet switch or controller. By using a molded RJ45 connector on one end and a straight 4-pin M12 plug on the other, the cable carries both Ethernet signals and supply power in decentralized industrial automation layouts.
The assembly supports power-over-Ethernet voltages up to 60 V, allowing sensor blocks to draw load current without a separate supply line. Its overmolded construction maintains an IP67 seal, so the link resists dust ingress and high-pressure washdown common on machine frames. Cat 5 / Class D compliance and a data throughput of 10/100 Mbit/s support deterministic transfer for distributed I/O. Inside the 6.5 mm ±0.2 mm outer-diameter jacket, four conductors with a 4 × 0.34 mm² cross-section are twisted and surrounded by a braid that provides 85% shield coverage, which helps limit EMI. DC resistance is held to ≤120 Ω/km at 20 °C, so voltage drop stays within controller tolerances across typical line lengths, and the RJ45-to-M12 pinout keeps routing straightforward between panel switches and IP-rated field modules.
The polyurethane jacket and FRNC individual wire insulation are suited for flex-chain motion, and the cable is rated for at least 3 million cycles around a 200 mm bend radius without sheath cracking. With a dielectric strength of 2000 V, the insulation system withstands high-potential verification and transient surges. Insulation resistance is ≥500 MΩ/km at 20 °C, which helps keep leakage paths low in humid areas. The cable is suitable for continuous movement inside cable carriers while carrying both power and Ethernet communication to X67 modules.
