The X20IF1074 is a communication interface module in the X20 range of B & R Automation I/O modules. It is designed to establish serial communication between an X20 system and external devices. This allows the control system to transmit and receive data from serial peripherals such as barcode readers, label printers and operator panels. The module provides a reliable link for the serial integration in applications that require real-time data exchange. This unit features a PROFINET IO communication interface which helps to connect the X20 control system and PROFINET-capable devices. The X20IF1074 is equipped with two RJ45 connectors, enabling network connections across multiple devices.
