The B & R Automation from X20 Series the X20DO9321 is a digital output module that is suitable to work with current industrial automation systems to provide optimal performance. This module has a nominal voltage of 24 VDC with the output circuit of digital type and which is configured in the sink mode. The X20DO9321 module can supply a nominal output current of 0. 5 A per channel, though the unit can source up to 6A in total across all output channels. This capability keeps the operation steady under high load, and that is why it is important for creating reliable automations. The module also employs thermal cutoff protection which ceases the output from the module as well as load if the current through it or temperature of the module and/or load exceeds a predetermined limit to avoid damage to the module and/or the load connected to it.
The X20DO9321 also includes high performance with regard to switching speed, which measures less than 300 microseconds for both the switching on of outputs (0 to 1) and switching off of outputs (1 to 0).
