Product Description:
The X20DC4395 module is one of the compact and smart unit that have been manufactured by B&R Automation and belongs to its X20 series. The digital counter module extends options for multiple configurations for a diversified functional use. The module comes with a special coating for protection against corrosive gases and condensation. The coating is certified from BMW GS 95011-4 for condensation and EN 60068-2-60 for corrosive gases. The reACTION technology of this X20 unit allows for efficient control times to allow for demanding requirements of the industry on a day to day basis.
The X20DC4395 digital counter module supports an input voltage of 24 VDC and also boasts status indicators for I/O function per channel, operating state, and overall module status which is very convenient for the user. The run and error diagnostic of the module is done using the on-board LEDs and software. The bus power consumption is 0.01 W and the internal I/O power consumption is 1.5 W. The module comes with 24 V asymmetrical encoder inputs and it has an incremental encoder quantity of 4. The counter size of the module is 16/32 bit and it has a maximum input frequency of 100 kHz. The unit also extends overload and shortcircuit protection functions for a care-free user experience.
