The X20D06325 is a high-channel X20 system digital input module. It has 64 digital inputs and accepts positive switching (sink) type signals. Each channel has a typical input current of 3 mA. The maximum input voltage permitted is 30 VDC. A built-in input filter is included, which can be set per channel, with adjustment based on the noise environment.

The default input delay is 0.2 milliseconds, which can also be set based on system requirements. Input status of each of the 64 channels is indicated with dedicated built-in LEDs, which are easily accessible and offer real-time diagnostics. Electrical isolation of the input channels from the system bus is achieved using optocouplers. It ensures maximum signal integrity and protection. The connection to the system is achieved using two 40-pin connectors, which make wiring and installation easy.
