The X20CP3686X CPU Controller uses Intel processor technology with integrated I/O processing. The controller supports advanced communication interfaces, modular expansions, and fanless operation for reliable performance. It is designed for demanding industrial environments.

The X20CP3686X CPU controller integrates an Intel Atom processor operating at 1.3 GHz. The controller is equipped with 1 GB of RAM (DDR4) that provides high bandwidth low power memory suitable for handling intensive real time processing tasks. The LPDDR4 interface operates at data rates up to 3200 MT/s. An additional CompactFlash slot supports removable application memory. It supports USB, Ethernet and POWERLINK V2 communication interfaces. Ethernet communication supports gigabit speeds with RJ45 shielded connectors and operates at 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. RS232 communication is also supported by the controller through a 12 pin terminal block. It allows data transfer up to 115.2 kbit/s over 900 meters. It also supports controller redundancy for high system availability. The physical dimensions of this model are 200 mm width, 99 mm height and 85 mm depth with a weight of 530 grams. Operating temperature ranges from - 25 °C to + 60 °C in horizontal mounting and – 25 °C to + 50 °C in vertical mounting.
