Product Description:
B&R Automation X20CMR011 is a robust and small communication module of X20 series.
Its purpose is to be able to seamlessly integrate into CANopen networks within an industrial automation setting. Being a specialized X20 communication module, it allows to communicate easily and effectively with the external devices using the CANopen protocol, which is long-established approach to field-level data communication in real-time systems. There is a single CAN interface in this module and the supported baud rate is 10 kbit/s to 1 Mbit/s; it allows changing with the demands of different network speeds. The CAN bus is isolated and therefore safe and interference free even in electrically noisy industrial environments. To facilitate ease of integration with other X20 components the module employs a standard X20 connector. The X20CMR011 is also very energy efficient with its typical power consumption being at 0.5 W. It is stable over a temperature range of 0 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius and can be stored safely in temperature as wide as between -25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius making it durable and flexible.
