Product Description:
The X20BT9400 is a bus-link transmitter module built by B & R automation for the connection of X20 systems to an X67 system. To use this product, it is connected to the X20 system> and provides an interface through which a X2X link cable from the X67 system is connected. The operation of this unit also eliminates the need for a X67 power supply module single; it already provides the necessary supply. The integration of this unit helps customers to seamlessly expand the communication system while maintaining a lower cost. During operation, this internal input/output module of this product consumes about 0.1 watts of power while operating as a bus transmitter, as a supply module, this power consumption increases to about 0.6 watts.
The input voltage at the X2X link power supply module is estimated to be about 24 volts, its input current is also estimated to reach a maximum value of about 0.5 amperes. A fuse is already integrated into the X20BT9400 to protect it from current surges. This fuse is installed by the manufacturer and can not be replaced. Apart from fuse protection, this unit also has reverse polarity protection. The design of the X20BT9400 allows for both horizontal and vertical installation; installation elevation is also allowed to be about 2000 meters above the sea level.
The X20BT9400 is able to operate optimally in ambient temperatures that are between -25 to about 60 degrees. During storage or transportation, the permissible ambient temperature range is between -40 and about 85 degrees Celsius.
