The B&R Automation X20BB82 is a vertical-mount bus base module that has been developed to meet the demands of harsh industrial environments. It works in the temperature range of -25 to 50 degrees C and is designed to withstand transport temperatures of -40 to 85 degrees C.
The module is designed to operate in conditions where the relative humidity is between 5 to 95% non-condensing during operation and transportation. It has a pitch of 87. 5~0. 2mm and has two expansion slots for X20 add-on modules such as interface (IF) and hub (HB) modules. To set up the module, one needs one X20TB12 terminal block, one power supply module X20PS9400 or X20PS9402, and one more bus base X20BB81 or X20BB82. To make the installation more convenient and secure, end cover plates, X20AC0SL1 and X20AC0SR1 are provided. This module has been developed to be installed on the DIN rails thus meeting the standard industrial mounting options. The X20BB82 has a power consumption of 0. 70W and has the capability of working with a nominal voltage of 24VDC. It can be installed at altitudes of up to 2000 meters above sea level without any derating factors.
