An ARM-based processing block runs at 800 MHz, and its quad design provides 4 parallel cores for deterministic cycle times. The processor also uses 1 MB of L2 cache to buffer intermediate data, while image buffers occupy 2 GB of DDR3 RAM for multiple stored frames. A global shutter sensor streams at 43 fps, which supports inspection on fast packaging lines where short product spacing leaves little time for image acquisition.
The imager delivers 5.3 MP of spatial detail, enabling fine measurement when a suitable lens is fitted.
