Classified in the Integrated Machine Vision product group, it merges optics, illumination, and processing electronics into a single S-mount enclosure so that it can perform autonomous inspection tasks directly on machinery. By executing one active vision function inside the housing, the device supplies logical results to the machine controller and removes the need for a separate industrial PC in space-constrained automation cells.

The onboard electronics operate at a core clock of 800 MHz, delivered by a Cortex A9 i.MX6 dual-core processor that is supported by 1 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 512 kB L2 cache. This computing block performs preprocessing for each captured frame so that inspection algorithms can keep pace with production lines. A sensor resolution of 1.3 MP works with a throughput of 90 fps, allowing high-speed presence checks or barcode verification without motion blur.
