Its image sensor delivers 5.3 MP resolution, allowing small defect detection while maintaining wide fields of view. Continuous capture up to 43 fps supports fast-moving conveyors without excessive motion blur. Processing is handled by a Cortex A9 i.MX6 quad core CPU running at 800 MHz, and an L2 cache of 1 MB helps shorten memory fetches. The platform carries 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, so multiple inspection algorithms such as edge detection, pattern matching, and barcode decoding can run in parallel without excessive memory contention.
