A preprocessing pipeline with an inference accelerator offloads feature extraction, reducing CPU load. System memory of 2 GB RAM buffers multiple images and neural-network parameters. The optic block uses LED lens type 2 to guide the built-in illumination, which is split into 16 LEDs arranged in four controllable segments for scene-adaptive lighting. This configuration is not available with UV emitters or a type 1 lens.

Image capture runs at a native resolution of 5.3 MP and reaches 43 fps when full frames are streamed. With the supplied 12 mm F4 2/3-inch lens, the sensor covers a horizontal field of about 37°, balancing coverage and detail for part inspection. Line-sensor suitability lets the camera scan continuous material, while the S-mount allows alternate optics to be fitted. Because onboard acceleration handles preprocessing, host controllers receive compact finished results over Ethernet without extra latency.
