An ARM-based Cortex A9 i.MX6 processor clocked at 800 MHz coordinates vision algorithms across four symmetric cores. A secondary cache of 1 MB reduces external memory access latency, while 2 GB of DDR3 RAM stores frame buffers and preprocessing results. The sensor outputs up to 90 fps, allowing high-speed part tracking or short exposure sequences that freeze fast conveyor motion. Image clarity is supported by its 1.3 MP resolution, giving adequate pixel density for barcode reading or edge measurement tasks without generating excessive data volume.
