The MCCP31-010 is a three-phase electric circuit protection thermal magnetic module for 240/415 V AC applications. It is a 10 A rated module that provides faultless overload and short-circuit protection using its internal thermal and magnetic trip elements.

The thermal element trips slowly in response to steady overcurrent conditions, while the magnetic element trips quickly in response to instantaneous surges or fault currents to provide fast disconnection and safeguard attached equipment from damage. The module has a breaking capacity of 10 kA, which is sufficient to interrupt high fault currents without affecting structural integrity, and is thus suitable for industrial and commercial use where electrical safety is an issue. It is available in three poles for symmetrical protection of phases and provides symmetrical power distribution in multi-phase applications. The module operates at standard frequencies of 50/60 Hz, providing flexibility of application globally on different power infrastructures.
