The MCA12B-0 is a precision module. It is created for load measurement applications. It is rated for output of 2 mV/V and has a long list of rated capacities ranging from 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg, 200 kg, 250 kg, to 300 kg, and hence is ideally suited for wide-ranging weighing and force sensing applications.

The module is rugged enough to withstand tough conditions and has a safe overload of 150% and withstands up to 300% of rated capacity without damage, ensuring long-term mechanical integrity when loaded dynamically. Its performance is highly accurate with non-linearity of ±0.02% of rated output, hysteresis of ±0.02%, and repeatability of ±0.01%, and delivers consistent output even when loaded with repeated cycles. The module has zero signal drift, and the creep is limited to ±0.02% of rated output in 30 minutes, and hence is an ideal selection for long load duration demanding applications. The temperature variations have little effect on the performance, and the zero and output shifts are kept at ±0.02% per °C. The temperature range of compensations from -10°C to +40°C provides it a reliable performance in environments exposed to moderate temperature variation. It has an input resistance of 410 ± 40 ohms and an output resistance of 350 ± 3 ohms compatible with most signal conditioning and measurement electronics used in industrial systems.
