The BRC0MP1-0 is a compact PLC controller that is designed to streamline operations in automated systems. It features a modular design that enables swift adaptation to various industrial configurations, supporting easy scalability. This controller facilitates centralized logic handling and supports efficient machine-level control across automation environments. It comes equipped with digital inputs/outputs that provide direct interaction with sensors and actuators. These channels allow the controller to receive binary signals, enabling real-time machine control and seamless communication between hardware components.
The BRC0MP1-0 includes a relay expansion card that extends the controller’s ability to interface with higher-power or electromechanical loads. This relay card allows the PLC to switch devices like motors, pumps, or lighting circuits that operate at different voltages or currents than the controller itself can directly manage. This integrated relay expansion capability simplifies installation and reduces the need for separate interface hardware, making it a practical choice for industrial applications that require reliable switching of power loads. The controller is also equipped with an event counter that allows it to monitor and record the number of occurrences of specific input signals or system events in real time. This enables accurate system diagnostics and performance monitoring, helping users identify usage patterns, schedule maintenance and ensure operational consistency.
This controller includes 2 serial interfaces, which provide flexible communication channels for connecting to various serial devices such as sensors, actuators, HMIs or other PLCs. These interfaces support standard serial communication protocols for ease of integration into diverse setups. This module comes with 16 KB of EEPROM application memory and an additional 16 KB of EEPROM, offering a total of 32 KB memory for data and program storage. This ensures that essential control logic and logged data are retained even during power loss or system resets.
