The B&R HCMAC1-0 MAESTRO is a high-performance single-axis controller. It is intended for high-speed industrial automation and position control applications. In tiny applications the HCMAC1-0 provides accurate responsiveness and precise feedback. This controller guarantees dependable integration with CNC and robotic systems.
The B&R's HCMAC1-0 MAESTRO belongs to the series of HCM Maestro PLC Modules. The controller supports incremental and absolute encoders. It uses a high encoder frequency of 2.8 MHz and a 32-bit resolution. The controller contains a digital filter to handle incremental encoder input. The encoder supply voltage can be adjusted from 5 to 24 VDC. It delivers dependable performance in servo driving and robotic applications. The controller has six digital inputs for versatile configuration. Two inputs support 24 VDC and have a reaction time of 1 msec. Three more 24 VDC inputs provide a 10 msec response.
