The 5AP1120.0702-000 is an AP1000 panel model with B&R ID code 0xE7AC. It employs the thin-film-transistor color display, an LCD modification. Its screen is 7 inches diagonal and can display 16.7 million colors. It also has a WVGA resolution of 800 × 480 pixels, and its display contrast ratio is 600:1. Its AMT touch screen is a single-touch, analog, resistive model. According to EN 61131-2, this AP1000 panel is a product of Pollution Degree 2; thus, it causes non-conductive pollution and is harmless to the environment. In addition, it is compatible with 5PP520.0702-00.

To maintain its durability, the 5AP1120.0702-000 is best operated indoors. Its front end has a protection degree of IP 65 and thus is protected against damage by water jets. When integrated with a link module or system unit, its back side is IP 20-rated. This panel has a 3mm built-in gasket, and its keypad overlay is made of polyester.
