B&R Automation's 8MSA4S.R0-66 servo motor is an ideal choice for systems that require exact control. The speed and power output ratings are 4500 min⁻¹ and 0.90 kW, respectively. To improve operational control in a variety of applications, the motor has a holding brake with a torque of 8 Nm.

The torque constant of 0.94 Nm/A and voltage constant of 57 V/1000 min⁻¹ show efficient conversion from electrical input to mechanical output. To help in thermal load management during operation, the 8MSA4S.R0-66 servo motor has an electrical time constant of 4.51 ms and a thermal time constant of 60 minutes.
