The absence of a reinforced bearing keeps radial load capacity within standard limits and minimizes inertial mass for quick acceleration. Connectivity is established through a single-cable solution that merges motor phases and digital feedback inside one shielded connector, so only one routing path is required. Heat is dissipated by a self-cooling design that relies on free air circulation around the stator housing, eliminating the need for forced-air accessories. The encoder provides 19/12-bit single-turn and multi-turn resolution, giving the controller fine angular measurement and position tracking across 4,096 revolutions without battery support. The keyed shaft end provides positive engagement with belt pulleys, gears, or flexible couplings. Because the housing does not have an oil seal, the motor is intended for clean applications where lubricant migration and liquid contamination are not expected.
