The integration of power, feedback, and a holding brake within a compact frame allows the motor to serve as a direct-drive element in modern motion control systems. Its configuration supports applications that require controlled acceleration, repeatable positioning, and stable operation under changing mechanical loads.
Under continuous duty, the motor delivers a nominal torque of 44 Nm while drawing 27 A; this combination yields 13,823 W of mechanical output at the rated shaft speed of 3000 rpm. When rapid acceleration is required, the electromagnetic structure can reach a maximum torque of 330 Nm, and it withstands a momentary stall torque of 85 Nm without demagnetization. The voltage constant of 98.44 V per 1000 rpm sets the back electromotive force presented to the drive as rotational speed increases.
