The stator and rotor are built around a flange measuring 142 mm, which provides sufficient housing surface area for heat dissipation. The motor uses self-cooling through free air circulation instead of forced ventilation, eliminating the need for an auxiliary fan. Under rated drive voltage, the shaft reaches 4500 rpm, making the motor suitable for high-throughput pick-and-place systems and carton-forming equipment. An optical EnDat feedback unit is mounted on the rear housing and transmits absolute position data to the controller.
