B&R Automation’s 8LSA55.R2030D000-3 is a magnificent AC servo motor that requires a mains input voltage of 400 to 480 V. At rated operating conditions, this servo motor achieves a shaft velocity of 3000 rpm. Unlike other synchronous three-phase motors manufactured by B&R, this unit has four pole pairs or eight poles. Each pole in the machine’s stator has a mechanical separation of 45 degrees. With this type of pole construction, the machine achieves a maximum speed of 9000 rpm.
