Product Description:

B&R Automation 8LSA45.DB022S300-3 Synchronous Motor is configured with a standardized frame length corresponding to size 5 and is equipped with an advanced passive thermal management architecture which capitalizes on natural convective airflow surrounding the motor housing to facilitate optimal heat dissipation.

The 8LSA45.DB022S300-3 Motor features an integrated plug-in interface and is engineered to regulate its own temperature through passive cooling which eliminates the need for separate external fans and it uses Class F insulation materials which allows it to withstand winding temperatures up to 155 centi grade. The motor is compatible with either Speedtec or ITEC connection technologies which offers flexible and secure interfacing with the motor’s position feedback system. The outer mounting surface of the motor is rated for temperatures up to 65 degrees Celsius, which ensures safe operation in environments with moderate heat exposure without compromising the integrity of the parts. It comes with a rotor shaft which is precision balanced according to standardized key and keyway configurations which ensures minimal vibration during high-speed rotation and extends the life of both motor and connected servo components. It has received certification for both Canadian and united states electrical safety standards which confirms it complies with stringent North American requirements for industrial automation machinery applications.

This 8LSA45.DB022S300-3 Motor is equipped with durable ball bearings which supports the rotor for smooth, low friction motion and also contributes to quieter operation and enhanced mechanical efficiency throughout its operation. It supports a streamlined hybrid cable system using an HTEC round connector with Speedtec locking which combines power and signal in one cable for easier installation and simplified electrical cabling.
