8LSA43.R0022D100-0 is a three-phase servo motor from B&R Automation. It belongs to the class of synchronous motors, which are motors with shaft speeds that are synchronized to the frequency of the power supply current. It is part of the 8LS product line. The motor self-cools, i.e. it dissipates heat generated during operation by convection and conduction. Heat is lost via convection to the air that surrounds the motor.
