8LSA43.E1030C600-3 is an IP65 rated synchronous servo motor. The shaft speeds of synchronous motors are in synch with the power supply frequency. The motors get AC power from a servo drive. 8LS motors from B&R Automation are compatible with ACOPOS drives from the same manufacturer. These motors have separate power and feedback connections.
