The B&R Automation 8EI013HWS10.0700-1 is a robust inductive proximity sensor that provides accurate contactless metal object detecting in demanding automated industrial applications.
It has a sensing distance of 7 mm thus has satisfactory functioning in position sensing, end-of-travel detection or counting. This sensor has a PNP output with a normally open (NO) switching characteristic; this allows this sensor to be used in a broad number of PLCs and industrial controllers as an easy plug into existing systems. It is designed with hard stainless steel case and M18 thread size, so it has good mechanical properties and it is easy to mount it in a harsh or high-vibration situation.
