The 80PS Power Supply Modules series is a family of industrial power conversion modules designed to generate a configurable DC supply for ACOPOSmicro motion and automation systems from a three-phase mains input.
The series operates from 3 x 380 to 480 VAC and provides an adjustable 24 to 80 VDC power output with up to 1000 W continuous output power, with current capability up to 16.6 A over most of the voltage range. Integrated features include diagnostic status indication, an internal brake chopper output for connection of an external braking resistor, and an additional 24 VDC auxiliary output rated at 2 A. The modules communicate over X2X Link, which allows output voltage and current limiting to be set through the network and also makes status and error information available to the control system. The 80PS Power Supply Modules series is built in a closed metal housing with IP20 protection and supports vertical wall mounting as well as parallel operation of up to three units for higher output capacity or redundant supply configurations.
