It combines control logic, visualization, and user interaction in a sealed housing, enabling direct machine-side deployment without a separate cabinet terminal. In automated packaging, assembly, or material-handling systems, the module executes the programmable control program while presenting process data on its built-in screen, which helps reduce wiring and overall footprint.
The module uses an ARM Cortex-A9, Quad Core processor that operates at 800 MHz, giving adequate computational headroom for deterministic PLC cycles and graphic rendering. The CPU works with 2 GB of DDR3 DRAM for variable storage and a 512 MB flash section that retains the application program across power cycles. Visual output is generated on a full-HD panel with a native resolution of 1920 × 1080, enabling detailed status pages and alarm lists. Projected capacitive technology recognizes five simultaneous touch points, allowing gesture-based interaction without mechanical keys. The display plane measures 534.1 mm in width, 325.6 mm in height, and 26.5 mm in depth, so the unit can be mounted directly on a swing arm or machine frame.
The screen reaches 400 cd/m2 of luminance so data remain visible under bright factory lighting. An onboard USB 2.0 interface supports program updates or data logging to a memory stick.
