Product Description:
5PC750.1043-K02 is a panel PC from B&R Automation. It is an industrial panel-mounted computer that combines a display, keypad, and a fully functional PC in a single, rugged, compact unit that is designed specifically for industrial and factory automation applications. Operators can use it to control machines or processes, visualize data, and interface with automation software such as Automation Studio or runtime systems. B&R industrial PCs are deeply integrated into its automation ecosystem. They are part of a broader platform designed for real-time control, safety, motion, and HMI, all programmed via Automation Studio. The PC requires external DC supply at 24 Volts. It has one dedicated slot for a compact flash card. A second slot can be used for a compact flash card or a hard drive.
A PS2 interface allows connection of an external keyboard or mouse. The slot for the internal battery is also located at the side, allowing for easy battery replacement. Communication interfaces on the 5PC750.1043-K02 PC can be accessed via the rear side. A heat sink is also installed to improve heat dissipation. Ethernet is a widely used networking technology that allows devices like computers, PLCs, sensors, and industrial machines to communicate with each other over a local area network (LAN). It is the standard method to connect devices in both office and industrial environments using wired connections. There are two Ethernet interfaces on this industrial panel PC. They allow connection to wired Ethernet networks that use twisted pair copper cables. The maximum segment length of wired Ethernet networks is 100 meters. The Ethernet interfaces on this PC allow data transmission at 10/100 Mbps. In addition, there are two USB interfaces and two RS-232 interfaces located at the rear of the PC.
