The 5PC725.1505-K01 is a durable and state-of-the-art industrial Panel PC designed by B & R automation to provide industrial operators with a user friendly interface through which they can monitor controller operation, and send in command instruction. The Panel PC is designed exclusively for operation in the field, it is built with IP65 protection from all sides and can easily handle splashed water, impacts, and industrial vibrations. The Panel PC also features a support arm mounting which allows the flexible positioning of the device, providing an ergonomic user interface even in cramped spaces. Unlike other panel PCs with IP65 protection, cables used for the wiring of the 5PC725.1505-K01 is fed through the flange, this make it possible for inexpensive wiring cables to be used without any problems.
Despite the compact design of the 5PC725.1505-K01 Panel PC features two Ethernet Interfaces, three USB 2.0 ports, and a serial interface to ensure communications at both the machine level as well as a across the company network. All interface present in this device are easily accessed behind the flange cover. A separate cover conceals the battery and the compact flash card, making servicing operation very easy. To prevent overtemperature damage, there are special temperature sensors integrated into various parts of the Panel PC.
