Operators view information on an 8.4 in TFT display, and its native resolution of 640 × 480 px keeps bitmap objects crisp. A luminance of 120 cd/m² maintains readability under typical workshop lighting, and the analog resistive touch layer allows gloved operation. Communication with higher-level controllers is handled through 10/100-Base-T Ethernet, and the interface reaches up to 100 Mbit/s for recipe downloads and diagnostics. A USB 1.1 host port supports service peripherals such as barcode scanners.
Electrical supply is a nominal 24 VDC ±25%, and a cold-start inrush of 20 A should be considered when sizing power supplies. The LED backlight is rated for 50,000 h, which helps reduce maintenance intervals in continuous-run installations. An IP54 housing shields the electronics from dust and water splashes, supporting use on open factory floors.
