The 5C2000.03 is from the 5C2 series of industrial control systems that offer intelligent control systems and is manufactured by B & R automation. The system has the capability to run multiple operating systems due to its IBM AT standard complicance. The controller is operated on a 24 Volt DC power source and consumes a power of 15 Watt. The system can be installed at maximum altitude of up to 3000 meters. The operating temperature of the system ranges from 0 to 45 degree celsius. The controller supports a multitude of LCD displays including LCD monochrome, LCD color, and TFT color ranging from 320 x 240 pixel resolution to 640 x 480.
The 5C2000.03 boasts an intelligent processor 80486SXLC2-50 with a dedicated DRAM of 4 MB. The system also has an impressive hard disk of 504 MB and six serial interfaces including 2 that are electrically insolated and 4 that are 16 byte FIFO.
