The 5APC2100.BY34-000 is one of the latest products designed by B & R Automation to improve industrial production and processing operations by accurately controlling automation processes. It is a PC system unit with sophisticated Intel’s Bay Trail architecture and the ability to support various industrial machines. This automation PC requires a connection to an automation panel to form a full system. The connection between the PC and the panel can be done with DVI, SDL or SDL3 cable. For the connection of other peripheral devices, there are several interfaces available; this includes the USB interfaces, and the Ethernet interface. At the USB interface, the data transfer rate is measured to be 1.5 megabits per second at low speed, 12 megabits per second at full speed, and 5 gigabits per second at super speed. The supper speed option is only available on the USB 3.0 type. For the Ethernet interface, the peach transfer rate is about 1000 megabits per second. While the Maximum baud rate is 1 gigabyte per second.
