The unit is an operator interface that combines a widescreen display with a capacitive touch surface. It places real-time status, alarm, and command functions directly on the control cabinet door of automated lines, so the display can be used where operators interact with the machine.

The panel carries a 15.6 in TFT color screen built for clear visualization of process data. Its widescreen geometry uses a 16:9 aspect ratio, while a native 1366 × 768 pixel matrix supports detailed graphics without scaling. An LED backlight provides luminance and works with the 1000:1 contrast ratio to keep text and trend curves legible in varying ambient light. Color depth reaches 16.7 million shades, which allows precise rendering of multicolor status indicators and complex mimic diagrams. Landscape orientation is fixed so interface layouts remain constant, and the display maintains broad viewing angles that reduce color shift when viewed off center. Internal processing helps keep touch positions stable across temperature changes.

For input, the screen uses projected capacitive touch recognition that supports multi-finger gestures even when operators wear thin gloves.
