The 5AP92D.1505-I00 Automation Panel is a high performance industrial HMI solution manufactured by B & R Automation. It features a 15 inch TFT color display delivering precise and vibrant visuals. The model offers durable construction with advanced protection standards ensuring reliable long term operation.
The 5AP92D.1505-I00 automation panel provides a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels (XGA) and supports 16.7 million colors. The contrast ratio is 700:1 that ensures clear visibility in varied lighting conditions. Horizontal viewing angles of the panel reach 80 degrees left and right while vertical viewing angles reach 70 degrees up and down. The backlight in the panel uses LED technology with a brightness range of 20 to 400 cd/m² and a half brightness lifespan of 50,000 hours. The touch screen operates with analog resistive technology that provides accurate input detection and features a 12 bit B & R serial controller. Transmittance levels are up to 78 % that maintains display clarity. The 5AP Single Touch series panel is engineered for industrial use with durable materials and robust protection ratings. It is equipped for hygienic applications and meets pollution degree 2 per EN 61131-2. The front of the panel is rated IP69K for high pressure wash down environments and the rear reaches IP66 when mounted with a flange.
The 5AP92D.1505-I00 automation panel complies with UL 50 and provides a Type 4X indoor protection rating. Mounting preparation is available for Rittal CP-S stainless steel swing arm systems although the flange is not included. A rear USB interface with a protective cover and anti loss strap is also provided in the panel for convenient connectivity. The device supports flexible installation options and is compatible with industrial control systems via its serial communication capabilities.
