As an operator interface, it links production personnel with PLCs and motion controllers, allowing setpoint entry, status monitoring, and alarm acknowledgment directly on the machine or production line where it is installed. The unit is designed for industrial automation tasks that require a compact graphical display combined with tactile feedback keys.
The panel presents images at a resolution of 640 x 480 px on a TFT color screen, providing a clear depiction of process graphics and diagnostic dialogs. The viewing area measures 5.7 in diagonally and reproduces up to 262,144 colors, enabling precise differentiation of states such as run, fault, or maintenance mode. An LED backlight provides uniform luminance while minimizing power consumption and heat generation. The front has an IP65 rating, so the touchscreen and membrane resist washdown sprays and dust in food, packaging, or metalworking environments.
