The 5AC800.EXT3-03 is an add-on module produced by B&R Automation for the 5AC CNC Addon Modules series. It expands a CNC operator station with safety and key functions for direct connection to industrial machine controls. Emergency-stop circuits and manual command inputs can therefore be brought into the system without requiring separate operator hardware.
The housing has a depth of 34.9 mm, a width of 135 mm, and a height of 330 mm. That compact profile helps the module fit alongside common panel components while still leaving room for the front-mounted controls. Even with its tall faceplate, the unit weighs only 1100 g, which keeps panel loading modest and handling manageable during cabinet assembly.
