Volatile data and frame buffers reside in 256 MB of DDR2 DRAM, while application code and historical logs are stored in a soldered 2 GB eMMC device that employs wear-leveling to extend service life. A 32 kB FRAM bank secures non-volatile counters without write-cycle limits.
