The 4PPC50.101E-10A model of the B&R Automation, from the 4PPC Power Panel, is a very excellent and multipurpose operator interface.
Having a 10.1-inch LCD with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, it offers a clear and crisp, and bright interface to its operators, and thus, makes it very readable even under difficult lighting. The functional projected capacitive multi-touch technology allows easy and accurate operation through gestures, with contemporary standards of user interaction. Internally, the panel features a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor clocked up to 1.3 GHz, alongside 2 GB of DDR4 RAM to enable multitasking and a swift response to user input. It features 8 GB of eMMC flash memory, which is sufficient to store applications and data, and the operating system installed on it is the B&R Automation Runtime operating system, so that it is seamlessly integrated with B&R control systems. Network features are very wide as it has two Ethernet ports with 10/100/1000 Mbit/s high speed and reliable transmission to the controller and networks.
On connectivity, there are two USB 2.0 sockets to provide peripheral connections as well as one RS232 and one RS485/RS422 serial interface to provide integration with legacy systems.
