The outstanding B&R Automation 4PP420.1043-K57 power panel is made to be employed in any sophisticated manufacturing automation framework.
A 10.4-inch TFT color display with an SVGA resolution of 800 x 600 pixels is also used in this panel. The system's clear display makes it optimal for real-time control and surveillance. Great touch device stability is provided by the resistive touchscreen in a variety of settings, including gloves. The unit is equipped with an Intel Atom Z510 processor, providing a fast and readily responsive performance suitable for complex HMIs. With its capacity to manage data logging, control operations, and visualization, its 512 MB of DDR2 RAM and 512 MB of flash memory are more than enough. Two Ethernet ports, two USB ports, two RS232 ports, and one RS422/485 port are among the many communication interfaces included in the panel. These interfaces enable seamless connections with a variety of external devices and industrial network infrastructures.
The panel draws an average power requirement of 18 W, operates on a voltage supply of 24 V DC with a range of -15 to + 20%, which makes it reliable and effective. The rear of the panel is IP20 classified as suitable for indoor use, while the front is IP65 rated and extremely resistant to dust and water streams.
