The 4PP420.1043-75 is an operator interface panel produced by B & R Automation in the 4PP Power Panels series. Serving as a combined display, touch input, and embedded controller, the unit supplies machine-level visualization and control inside industrial automation cells. It mounts on enclosure doors, giving users direct access to runtime data while its internal hardware runs application code under the Automation Runtime operating system. Its role is to replace separate PC and display assemblies with a compact, integrated terminal.

Visual output is delivered by a 350 cd/m² TFT panel, making status graphics readable under factory lighting. Resolution is fixed at 640 × 480 pixels (VGA), and the active area measures 10.4 in, so standard SCADA objects appear at consistent proportions. User commands are entered through an analog resistive touchscreen that tolerates gloves and oily surfaces. Field upgrades or custom I/O modules can occupy the single aPCI expansion slot, extending functionality without panel replacement.
